Corporate Compliance Hotline
Tessera is committed to the principles of ethics and integrity. To further our goal of detecting all potential illegal and unethical activities and educating employees and agents regarding appropriate conduct, Tessera has established a Corporate Compliance Hotline.
It is the responsibility of the Chairman of the Audit Committee or the General Counsel to fully investigate each report and ensure that appropriate follow up actions are taken. Tessera will not engage in or tolerate retaliation against employees or anyone who report suspected violations of the law and Tessera's policies, or engagement in unethical activities.
Anyone may contact Security Voice, an independent service provider, to report any suspected illegal or unethical behavior or other violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy by calling the Corporate Compliance Hotline at 1-866-525-5217 (or 614-219-5219 for international calls) at any time or by completing a report at www.securityvoice.com/reports. All reports will be treated confidentially. Callers are not required to provide their names and Tessera will not make any effort to trace hotline calls or otherwise identify a caller.
